How is the candle packaged? Sustainability is at the core of what we do, so, of course, our packaging has been carefully chosen to reflect that. Every candle is packaged in a beautiful off-white, textured box. To protect the candle during shipment, we then package the candle in a recyclable cardboard box and biodegradable packing peanuts (yay, no plastic!). The box is closed using water-activated tape that says “Great Smells Inside”. Our packaging is completely biodegradable, plastic-free, and recyclable to protect Mother Earth.

How can I get the most out of my candle? Great question! Like all special things, candles require care. Following these instructions will allow you to make the most of your candle experience! Candle care instructions:

1) Always trim the wick to 4mm before lighting (the golden rule!). No candle wick trimmer? No problem. A nail clipper should also do the trick!
2) Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar before extinguishing the candle. This prevents tunnelling and will also allow you to maximize the scent!
3) Never leave a candle burning unattended or near drafts or anything flammable.
4) Stop burning your candle when 10mm of the wax remains.
5) Extinguish your candle using a snuffer.
